Be Your Own Online Success, Enough Said

How much success have you found with your new online marketing job? Has it been plentiful or has it been a disaster.

If I have learned one thing to pass on to anyone and everyone starting their own online business it is this. Don't buy into every new fad you see and let it all suck your resources dry. What I have found is the simpler the better. Keep it straight and don't talk all that fancy stuff.

Many a new entrepreneur has started out with dreams of excellence and a determination to vanquish every foe and become the next .com millionaire.

In reality what I have found is quite different. The difference is everyone seems to want to do it that same way. Someone may say, I will make money just like John Smith. Well if that was the case I guess you would have to be John Smith. Lets be real people, trust your own instincts not the next new and exciting secret.

If I hear the word "niche" one more time I just might scream. If you have been into online marketing for any length of time you will have heard this word a million times. You will wish that you had a $1 for everytime you have related it yourself. But the truth is you don't just need to find the right niche. You have to be that niche.

It's sort of like that Shakespeare phrase "to be or not to be, that is the question". Well it's all about being something and being that something great, and the secret is being that something great for more than just a flash.

Go onward and upward and everything will work out.
The Quest

I am on a quest to make money online the REAL way. Over the next few days, months or years I will be in process of putting a program together. I will tell you of my successes and failures, ideas and mistakes. If you will stay with me, I am sure we will learn something together.

Just so you know I am not about all the hype. I really don't like the pomp and glitter. I am for sound business advice and even technical know-how. I believe in the statement "trust, but verify". Testimonials are great, when they are true.
