I am learning some different strategies to make it in the online marketing world. But one thing was observed today that may be very familiar with each of you. Have you noticed something? Have you noticed that as you search for marketing ideas and home business ideas that one thing seems to keep popping up, (to use a probably inappropriate pun). At the end of almost every web page right near the bottom you will find a special little button. Just hit the "End" key and you'll most likely find it. You will find the words, "Add to cart." How does that make you feel? It probably is a little uncomfortable, partly because throughout the whole excitement process of this particular marketing campaign did you even see a price? And what is it you're being enticed to buy anyway?
I have noticed I have a habit. Perhaps this is the skeptic in me but every time I start to see words in bold type, screaming, "limited time offer". I hit the "End" key and look for this Add to cart button. Before I go any further I want to know the cost and exactly what it is I am being sold. I do this partly out of safety to myself and my pocketbook. Before I get too deep in the sales pitch, with all it's glory, I want to know the damage up-front.
Does this sound familiar? Pass it on.
Kevin
